Motivations and barriers to death registration in Dakar, Senegal

Abstract Strengthening civil registration systems requires a better understanding of motivations and barriers related to the deaths. We used data from 2013 Senegalese census identify deaths that are more likely be registered in Dakar region, where completeness death is higher than 80%. also interviewed relatives deceased whose had been collect on reasons for sources information about process.
